At Jennifer R. Reyes / Readers Corner Collective, I want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how I handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from my online store.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at j.r.reyesauthor@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or fault
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product, contact me within 7 days and I will provide instructions to return it and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Change of Mind:
Due to the personalised and pre-order nature of some items, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on pre-orders or personalised products.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items (e.g., The Dandelion’s Promise hardcover book) will be shipped once released.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Returning an Item
Return items in their original packaging with any accessories or bonuses included.
Ship returns to the address I provide in your return instructions.
⚠️ I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as I am not responsible for items lost in transit.
